My digital booklets won't sink to my devices!

I tried putting some Digital Booklets onto my iPhone 4s, iPod touch and iPad 2 and it won't let me. It says it can't be copied because it won't play on any of those devices. I've tried contacting Apple, but the employee isn't really helping me.. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Am I doing something wrong? I'd appreciate some help, thank you 🙂
