Finder Closing And Relaunching Infinitely?

I made an app, "AutoMail" and set it on a continueous loop, repeating every 15 seconds to check for mail. I set it to open at login and used "Dock Dodger" on it to make it hidden. It started glitching so while it was running I Used DD again to unhide it. I then force turned off my Mac. When I turned it back on, Automail was unhidden so I forcequit it and removed it from my "Login Items". Finder is now glitching. It opens for 4 seconds, asks me If I want to restore all windows, then quits, opens, in a loop. I can't do anything with finder, but I can use my other apps. It's giving me dialogs as I'm typing this. PLEASE HELP! I'm running Mac Osx 10.7.5. Note: I have tried launching it in "Safe Boot", Finder still loops. It also works fine on my other account.
