how to purchase itunes gift card by email

i tried to purchase for about 6 hours!!. an I Tunes gift card by email , means i will get \ just the code online, it was impossible!!!, i got online chat , seems to be a computer,it's doesn't gave any answer , i got cople of time link to: by a gift card, but it will be shipping it and it was not the meaning.

'm so dissaponitment i though that Apple was great!!
