Can you explain a request to "Enter the password used for iTunes encrypted backup"? What does this mean and how can it be bypassed? I have no memory of setting this up. I rarely use iTunes. Thanks

When you create a backup via iTunes there is an option to encrypt the backup as a security precaution. When you do you set a password to unlock the backup. I don't know how to override that, but you can do some Google searching. If there is a way then you will find it there.
