Is there a way to retrieve lost email from MacBook Pro OS X Mountain Lion?

Yes, if you have Time Machine enabled. Depending on your provider, you may also be able to locate it from their server if you have a web account with them.

Tried that with Google E-Mail (on browser)

Acct....No deleted files retrievable.

Does Time Machine Backup fromYesterday RETRIVE G-M emails?

If Time Machine is enabled I cannot see why not If they've appeared in your mail boxes, so yes.
