Incoming and Outgoing mail servers for iCloud

When setting up an iCloud account manually in Mail (on the Mac or an iPad), what are the server names for Incoming and Outgoing mail? They appear to be hidden or disguised in a standard setup (as automatically transferred from MobileMe). On the Mac the Incoming server name is grayed out and the Outgoing server name is simply "iCloud". How can I get around this restraint?

Thanks, Steve.

If you are syncing your Mac with your iCloud account, the account is automatically set up when you check Mail in System Preferences>iCloud. If you aren't, these are the mail server settings for manually adding the account: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864.
