what is mean technical support expired

dear sir:

when i entered my serial number of my new i phone 5 ( C39JJ2VUF8H4 ) on your site i get that TECHNICAL SUPPORT : EXPIRED ???? what this mean

also i'm new on i phone:

1) how i can send my contacts from other phone like IMATE or ANDROID devices to my iphone

2) how i can send files like docs or pics from my pc ( windows vista, microsoft outlook 2003) yo my iphone
