Getting a Podcast into my PowerPoint

I have created an iTunes account and "downloaded" a Podcast into my Playlist.

Now how do I get the actual file into my PowerPoint presentation?

Any help?

You can click and drag any file from iTunes to your desktop, or any other directory, for use in other programs. However, I don't know if you can embed files in PowerPoint. (I don't use the program). I think the last version of PowerPoint may let you embed MP3 and Quicktime files. If not embed, I'm sure you can link to them.
