How do I get my App Store icon back? It's disappeared !

Check in Restrictions...
Settings > General > Restrictions
Understanding Restrictions > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213
Check in All Folders and on All Pages/Screens...
If no joy...
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen
I have lost my App Store and iTunes icons. I have searched every screen & folder; swipped right from the home screen and searched from the search field there, and reset my home screen but I still can't find them!
Check: Settings - General - Restrictions - Installing Apps = ??? iTunes = ???

I have restrictions set to 'off'.
I have been looking about and inGeneral - 'profiles' I notice that a new profile our technician at work installed on Friday he has set restrictions on lots of things including iCloud, iTunes Store etc.. Would this affect me even though I an on my network at home now?
Yes, that would certainly cause your issue. You will need to speak with your technician for a resolve.
