iPhone 4 Black Screen, Power Button Also Broken

I purchased my iPhone 4 two years ago, perfectly fresh and untouched. It was working fine until three days ago, when I took it out of my pocket the screen was black. It's still responsive, I can slide to unlock and hear the click, and I can receive calls. I tried restoring, which updated my iOS 5.1.1 to 6.1.3, and it worked successfully. Not a glimpse of my screen though, not even an apple logo. Since I can not enter DFU mode using my power button, I tried pwned DFU, intentionally using a corrupt IPSW file, etc. Still no dice. My phone's out of warranty, so if it's a hardware issue I might just end up throwing it away.

Any help?
