iphone 5 going dfu randomly

Hi my myphone is 5 A1428

this phone randomly going DFU mode and i have to install new firmware.

i checked logs and all is baseband crashes says

reset: reason=PS Registration failed;uptime=1924435285;count=0;

what is this ? and what can i do ?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

You could be having a baseband error, but that's very unlikely. Attempt to normally restore your phone and see what error you get. Make sure you're using iTunes 11 (it works better for restores, somehow).
