how can i see if my podcast in Itunes is downloaded, and can i also see how many times it is downloaded.
iTunes does not provide this information. The only way of doing this is to submit to Feedburner, turn on its tracking facilities (which involves accessing your media files through Google FeedProxy so that downloads can be counted) and then transferring the iTunes Store to using the Feedburner feed.
To do that you have to add a special tag to the original feed, redirecting to the Feedburner feed: the method is described here:
