Lion crashed when installing Mountain Lion...had to install a new hard drive and start fress. Installed, files transferred fine, but now need to reinstall Mac and PC software such as Keynote and Power Point...can't find these among my prior purchases at the App Store.
Where should I go to find these items?

The App Store will only show the prior purchases you have purchased from the App Store, and not ones that you had on a prior computer or which you purchased from a different location. Powerpoint is not available through the App Store so it will not be shown as a previous purchase. You will need to get copies of these purchases from elsewhere.
This same issue applies to Pages, Keynote, and Numbers if you purchased them outside of the Mac App Store.
I had to download Keynote, Pages, etc. when I purchased my Macbook Pro in 2011. There were no install disc. Now that Lion crashed when upgrading to Mountain Lion and required a new HD, I don't want to re-purchase software that I already bought from Apple.
You will need to contact Apple's customer support directly to resolve this issue (this is a user forum and practically nobody here works for Apple). It is very likely that Apple will supply you with a download for the software once you explain the issue to them.
