How to launch Front Row

So im in the apple store, I want to look at front row but I can't. Does anyone know how to launch front row without the remote? also how do you launch it with the remote? Also if someone could direct me to the Front row manual/support page that would be great, thanks.

You can launch it from the keyboard by hitting Command-Escape

With the remote you invoke Front Row by clicking and holding down the menu button.

You can find more information on Front Row using the Mac Help application (Click on the Help menu in Finder).
