iMac 17" and 23" Cinema HD Display

I have acquired an iMac (17" late 2006) [... the one with the dodgy screen]. I have also been given a 23" Cinema HD Display, which has the cable that's split into four (Firewire; USB; DVI and one other that I assume would go into the power brick/adapter), but no power brick/adapter.

I have researched that I need a Mini DVI to DVI Adapter to connect the Display to the iMac, but do I also need to buy a power brick/adapter, or does/will the display get power from the iMac?
