Anyone else having "No service" problem after update to 6.1.3? iPhone 4S

I went from iOS 6.0 to iOS 6.1.3 last week and now I have "No service". Happend right after update. I have done everything I can to try to fix it except restore to earlier iOS, which is not possible with iPhone 4S. My SIM works fine in my older iPhone 4 with iOS 6.0.

I have tried to reset all settings, network settings, restore from DFU mode, recover/restore mode. As a fresh phone. NOTHING makes a difference.

Anyone else having this problem? I now have a feeling that I have to pay for it to be fixed (probably just giving me a new phone). All just because I wanted to update my iPhone. This is Apple's fault, not mine. Thank you.

I have this 'no service' issue after upgrading to 6.1.3!

When I am working with phone, everything is ok, coverage is full, but if I leave the phone for few minutes, after 'waking up', the result is 'no service'.

Reset the phone, network nor even email turn off help.

New sim card not helping as well.

This happend on my two new iPhones 5 with this iOS!

And WHY there is not an option for iOS version revert? This would help for most ppl having issues!

I've been getting those No Service spasms at odd and unpredictable occasions ever since I got the phone. Originally with 6.0.1, has continued on thru 6.1.1, 6.1.2 and now 6.1.3. So yeah, it's the carrier and Apple's off the hook on this one. Two things to try that have worked for me: first try putting the device in Airplane Mode for a short while (turns off all the radios) then back in normal mode. About 2/3 of the time that works for me. Else will have to turn off the phone and back on again.

Can't turn off 3G in my case, since that control has been replaced by LTE. And fiddling with that has no effect. I normally have LTE off for better battery performance and turn it on when I need fast downloads.

Ok, I had the same issue, my phone is unlocked(iphone 5 with 6.1.3). So I went to the apple store and had it replaced. it worked good for a day and started doing the same thing. When the apple tech replaced my phone, he transfered my screen protector to the new one.

so I thought it was my sim card, I put in my sisters sim card from a different carrier and it did the same, so then I was like let me take off the screen protector, and that was it.

so guys, if you have a screen protector on your phone and it's doing "low signal", "No Service", "Searching", "Full bars cycle" then take off the screen protector. so far my phone is working normal.
