terminal command to open a specific file every XX minutes?

Hi, I have located a machine that was stolen from us last year.

I have a bunch of information on it, where it is, it's IP, the username, etc. The person probably bought it from Craigslist or a Swap Meet, or somewhere not knowing it was stolen, but I do need to get it back.

So. I would like to put a text file stating some stuff, like it's serial number, the police report number, and call me by XXX or I will have to report where it is, I jsut want it back. blah, blah...

I can put a text file on it anywhere and i'm jsut looking how to get that file to automatically launch ever 10 minutes or so.

What do I need to do in Terminal to make that happen?

Any assistance would be helpful..

Thanks!

It's running 10.7.4

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), IT Manager for an Ad Agency
