The voice "answer/ignore" function of my brand new Plantronics Marque A170 Bluetooth stopped working after the first few calls. Any suggestions?

The "answer/ignore" function on my brand new Plantronics Marque A170 Blutooth worked the first few times I tried then stopped working. I now have to press the button on the device to answer calls. ANy suggestions?
