I downloaded an app called DOT and i try to purchase an in-game item, moba coins, and this has to be with money. I Redeemed a $15 itunes card and tried to download the item but this message appeared: Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed Fos assistance, contact itunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.
Any solutions?????

The solution is to contact iTunes support at the link shown in the message.

It's possible you have in app purchases turned off. Go to General>Restrictions and scroll down till you see "In-App Purchases". If it's OFF, that's your problem.
Okay, so I entered the link shown in the message (www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/) into my web browser to find iTunes Support and that's how I found You here. I checked the my "In-App Purchases" switch IS turned ON as was suggested. I also checked that there was nothing wrong going on at my credit card company and that my account's balance would more than adequately cover the amount I wanted charge on the APP. Now what?
