How many time must be charged the battery of mini ipad the first time?

It is normally best to charge ur ipad or any new device fully the first 4 or 5 times u charge it.

I also found with my device that pluging it in is hard the first few times but this will seem to go away in about a month or so.

You do not need to charge your new iPad any specific number of times. If it is well charged when you received it go ahead and use it. Charge it when convenient or when the battery has dropped low. D not wait for it to shut off by itself.

I typically use my iPad during the day and evening. It starts at 100% in the morning and by evening might be around 40-50% sometimes less, sometimes more. I put it on the charger when I go to bed and its ready to go at 100% in the morning. Leaving it on the charger after it reaches full charge will have no ill effect.
