How can I use my Iphone 4s in Taiwan?

I am going on a trip to Taiwan soon, so I would like to know if it is in any way possible to use the phone in Taiwan. 🙂

YOU HAVE TO UNLOCK I PHONE FROM CURRENT CARRIER TO USE IN TAIWAN
