i download an app called CocoPPa and it lets you download new skins for your existing apps so i downloaded a facebook one and deleted the real facebook and then went on the new one and now my screen is frozen and wont let me turn off my phone or lock it. please please please help I have no idea what to do

In reading infomration in the iTunes App store regarding this app, there have been several complaints about the app making phones freeze. Try a reset on your device, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After that, check to see if there is an update to the app. Looks like there was one a couple weeks ago if you did not update.
The reset should get your phone going again.
