So my iPad App Store is UK, before it was US. how can I change that?

to change your AppStore to country B, you must cancel the

I tried this and it says I have to cancel my Apple Music membership first
Change App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3.Tap "View Apple ID"
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap "Country/Region."
6. Tap "Change Country/Region"
7. Select the region where you are located.
8. Tap "Done".

This only change to other country by ur consent,when u are downloading something it has words pop up saying do u want to continue as this version is usa and this change it,its happen to me so i hav to go back to my origin .😉
When I click on "View Apple ID" my iPad mini is just coming up with this blank box that I can't do anything with. Is anyone else having this problem? Any advice?
I changed my shipping address in My Apple ID on Apple's website, but that still doesn't seem to fix it. I still get an error message about having the wrong country/region when I'm shopping in the App Store...
Its so wierd when you click View Apple ID and you just have a blank box,first try reboot ur ipad...... press home and power same time until u see the apple logo come on and release it, when its done turn this back on and let see if this working.
