Trouble with downloading Twitter

When I searched for "kyle_chenyujia @hotmail.com" I never imagined I'd find somebody with the exact same problem as me. Have you found a solution yet?

The only way to resolve this is to delete the app you are currently using. Use EasyFind (free app from App Store) and feed in the app details. Then use AppCleaner or the like to remove it.

Then download the App Store version.

Somehow, a compromised version of Transmit ended up in my Applications directory... I deleted its _MASReceipt folder, and i was back in business. Thanks for the help.

I do not have Transmit installed and still have this problem. I can not install Twitter, cause I am still getting this hackers eamil address as a user ID: kyle_chenyujia @hotmail.com. HELP!! What else can I do??

download this :Find Any file
click :https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30079/find-any-file
and search this file (_MASReceipt ) and delete ... first will be fixed .

Hi Adam,

I'm guessing that you mean you haven't put Twitter in your machine. And after you reformatted the system, did you install all your apps that you use? One of them might be one you got off the net, that you didn't buy 😉 Just check the links above. If that doesn't solve your problem, you might not have this problem.

I have done all the procedure like you have told in the message above, but i have reformated my machine to make this go away, but it is still and i have not put pirated software in my machine, in my wife's yes, but i have deleted and empty her trash and nothing has changed. It still appears to make the update on the Twitter

Are you using App Cleaner to delete your apps? What happened when you followed the above steps? Can you give screenshots?

i cannot find the file as you have told above and no I haven't used app cleaner. do you want me install and then take off using the software?

Which software have you not installed? Have you or have you not installed Twitter in your machine?

Again which files are you referring to? Which files are you unable to find? As a general advice, you should always use app cleaner to uninstall apps.

Can you explain your problem in detail again, beginning at the beginning, and leaving out no detail however slight? I don't think I have been able to correctly understand your problem.
