The left side of my iPad mini is darker than the right side.
I have done a hard reset and adjusted brightness but it doesn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Make an appointment at your local Apple store, take it in and have them look at it. In case they decide to replace it, you may want to do a sync and backup before you go.
