When ever I do a repair permissions I get the following everytime:

Permissions repair complete

A lot of them seem to be language files, can I delete them so they are remove from the permission repair?

Should I be worried about the 'Arrange', 'Display' and 'Profile' Monitor Panel errors which always come up even when it says they have been repaired?

That doesn't answer the problem. In fact, the article linked to specifically does NOT mention displays preference permsision errors. I got this issue at the moment and I keep repairing and they keep coming back immediately without delay. Since they are not on the article listed they must be a problem.

The list isn't exhaustive. The article states "…may appear in the Disk Utility log window when repairing disk permissions", but doesn't imply will or that there wouldn't be others. For any that you have that aren't on the list, File a bug report with Apple. and let them deal with them.

that's easy... "here are some faults that may or may not be a problem. For any other faults, they may or may not be a problem either." they might as well not have bothered with the post. It's the same as saying "a problem may or may not be a problem, and we may know about it or maybe we don't know about it. But one thing is sure: nothing is sure!". Rubbish...
