i can't find facetime in my iphone 5. it's not in the settings

If in certain Middle Eastern countries, FaceTime is banned and can not be activated.
I purchased it from Saudi arabia.....
FaceTime is not available in this country.
FaceTime can be restricted, so check: Settings>General>Restrictions...are yours on? FaceTime>On/Off. If not restricted, & not in Settings, if you purchased this phone in either Saudi Arabia, or the UAE you won't have Facetime, as such has been permanently removed from all iPhones sold in those two places. There is no way to add it back.
so there is no other ways to get facetime on my phone
