Movies wont sync to Ipad MIni please help!

Hi, I have an iphone 5 and have just purchased a Ipad Mini. I have a couple movies i would like to put on my Ipad which are MP4 format. Plus they have the correct code. I even converted them to an ipad version. It still wont show any videos on my Ipad.If i look on itunes on my computer it shows the two films when i look at my ipad. On the actual ipad though it shows nothing 😟 I really dont understand what im doing wrong. Im having real trouble syncing things to my Ipad. Is it because i restored a back up from my Iphone 5 to my Ipad when i first set it up? I just didnt want to have to download all the apps again.

I would really appreciate some help.
