Iphone 5 goes "No Service"

Hello,

My iPhone 5 suddenly no service after upgraded to 6.1.3

I tried to restore it and the signal appears for a while and about 10 min "No Service" again. I tried to restore it again and same like my previous restore, only appears 10mnt and "No Service" again

What should i do?
