OS X install after replacing the Hard Drive

Hello


Any one knows how to boot the cd to install the software after replacing the hard drive ?



I am curretly running LION but i dont have the cd ( App Store Download ) , however i have the cd for Snow Leopard !


What are my option ?


1) boot the Snow Leopard and The upgrade to Lion again


or


2) is there any way to install Lion directly with out a cd on a new hard drive ?


Everything is backed up using Time Machine


If you please give me the steps it will be appriciated !

If you want a truly clean install of Lion after installing SLeopard that would involve erasing the HD and doing an install of Lion along the lines I indicated above.

If you're doing a clean install now of Snow Leopard on a freshly erased, new HD I'd personally have no qualms about installing Lion directly over the top of SLeopard at a future date. I would imagine most users upgrade by installing over the top of an earlier OS. The erase and install is probably only necessary if you experience problems after an upgrade.
