For Lion you could re-download it on the AppleID you purchased it with (without having to pay again) and make a bootable installer using LionDiskmaker:

However when i will upgrade to lion do i have to format again ? ( I want clean install, not just over write the Lion above snow leop. )

Apr 6, 2013 5:08 AM in response to Biochemist69by Paul_31,If you want a truly clean install of Lion after installing SLeopard that would involve erasing the HD and doing an install of Lion along the lines I indicated above.
If you're doing a clean install now of Snow Leopard on a freshly erased, new HD I'd personally have no qualms about installing Lion directly over the top of SLeopard at a future date. I would imagine most users upgrade by installing over the top of an earlier OS. The erase and install is probably only necessary if you experience problems after an upgrade.
