Hi. Just purchased an iPad2. I've installed the latest software iOS 6.1.3 and I'm able to purchase Apps just fine. However I'm unable to purchase an In-App purchase of 'Essentials' for the app Paper 53. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the App. Any other sugestions?
