Faking the country in iTunes

I live in UK. Here iTunes charges you £0.99 for 1 song

Ive lived in India. There iTunes charges you 12 Rupees for 1 song (12 rupees is around 16 pence)

I have a valid indian credit and debit card and a house in india.

Is it then legal for me to change the country to India and use my Indian address and indian credit cards in iTunes and pay indian prices for the content?

I know how to do it but IS IT LEGAL?

Thanks 🙂

From the terms of use of the Indian store (and other country's stores will be similar) :

The Service is available to you only in India. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside this location. iTunes may use technologies to verify your compliance.
