It was "Macintosh HD" without the quotes.

Assuming it hasn't been changed since you took the machine out of the box, "Macintosh HD", as Kappy indicated.
Of course, the name really doesn't matter one bit, and you can call it what you like. There's no need to know exactly what it was before and to set it back to that precise name.
