Does Restoring Your iPod Make It Go To IOS 6.0.1?

I have ios 6.1.3 and I want to jailbreak, but I need ios 6-6.1.2. If I restore my iPod, will it go back to ios 6 for me?

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3, I need to know
