Q: i can't connect my macbook pro to my mx712 printer with a wi-fi connection

Hi,

I have a small problem. I can print with my ipad form a wi-fi connection, but with my macbook pro, I can't print without using my USB cable. I did try to go in the preferences panel to add my printer, however, it still doesn't work. Also, I have installed the same configuration of Canon printer on my Dell CPU and it works perfectly. So, maybe I might miss one step to the airprint configuration process.

Can you give some more information about this action? When you clicked the plus button to add, did the MX712 appear as a Nearby Printer? Or if you select Add Printer or Scanner, do you see the MX712 in the Default Add printer view?
