New computer with Windows 7, Outlook 2013, trying to get my Contacts from my iPhone to the Outlook address book. Can't get it to sync. Anyone have a solution?

Have a new computer with Windows 7, Outlook 13, and am trying to load my Contacts from my iPhone into my computer. I can't get it to load, following online directions I can find. The new Windows version doesn't have the same sync choices that my old XP version had. Anyone have a fix?
