my ipod classic turns on but a big red X with a circle around it appears and wont resond what is wrong with it or what can i do?
my ipod classic turns on and immediately a red X with a circle around it appears and below it reads
www.apple.com/support/ipod and i would like to know what is wrong with it or how could i reset it. thanks
