How much will it cost minimum to have my i-Pod Touch 32-gig 4th Gen's screen either fixed or repaired?

The screen is cracked, which really isn't a problem, but the big issue is what appears to be water damage. I really need to get it fixed, because I can't see anything but white from the halfway mark of the screen and down. The upper half is perfectly fine. And yes, the warranty is expired by about a year.
