Freezing up /sticking on page and apps
My new ipad keeps freezing and then after a few seconds it responds is it faulty I have latest iOS updated
iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, It's the new ipad bought last April
Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.
