Q: I have osx 10.8.3 and want to know the easiest to install wireless printer to use-I recently tried an epson xp-400 without success

I have osx 10.8.3 mac air and want to know the most compatible and easiest wireless printer to buy.I treid relentlesly to use an epson xp-400 even tried it with the usb cable and only recieved cannot communicte printer not found   can anyone help

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
