My internet is working, but it is not working on my computer. This has happened before and I went to the Apple Store and they did something in settings to refresh something on my computer or something like that. Does anybody know what I can do to fix it?
Although you'd have to leave your house, another way to chat would be to make an appointment at your nearest Genius Bar: you'd have his/her undivided attention and they'd be able to see your problem on your machine. The service is free.
Start at https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action and follow through the options suitable to your issue: you may find that chat is one of the options you eventually come to.
Thank you! But I have done that before and it never came to chat. Is there another way to get to chat with an apple employee because I have done it before in the past but I forgot how I got there.

Depending on your problem, it is sometimes easier for the helper to be able to see the problem and therefore easier to fix.
Yes it is. I wanted to chat with an Apple emplyee to see if they could help any more.
Yes I know that but I don't really have the time to go in and it would be a lot more convenient to chat with somebody.
