I dowwnloaded an app from itunes how do i transfer it to my ipdo classic

I downloaded an App "yoga in bed" from itunes... How do i transfer it to my ipod classic?

iPod classic, Windows 7

iOS applications, including that one, can't be run on an iPod classic.

If it's this app, Yoga In Bed, then it's description in the store says that it's compatible with iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads with iOS 3+ on them - you won't be able to install it on an iPod Classic
