Macbook air 2011 battery charge stuck at 96%

I got an issue with my battery, like the title suggest.

and when i check the battery condition from the battery indicator, it say the battery condition is normal.

and the battery life only last for about 4 hours.

is anyone here can suggest something about this trouble?
