Q: My email account is on the cloud. If I delete an email off my phone is there any way to retrieve it?

My email account is on the cloud.  If I delete an email message off of my phone is it lost forever?

    Deleted messages are moved to your trash folder by default, and then permanently removed after 30 days.  If you deleted them recently, they may still be in the trash folder.  Otherwise there is no way to retrieve them because when you delete them from your phone, you are deleting them from the iCloud server.
