only a few items in my music purchase history showing on my account

I've had a problem with an itunes update and have deleted my music files onpurpose so I could restore from a back up. A few purchased dirct from iTunes that are more recent than the backup are needed to complete by music library. They are not listed in my itunes account history and I have noticed that other albums I purchased years ago from itunes are not listed either.

I pre-ordered 'Heaven' singles by Depeche Mode and 'The Next Day' delux version by David Bowie and according to Itunes I didn't.

Whats going on?
