Is there a way to get the URL of a web app or page if it has been added to the Home screen on iPhone?

I have added a web app to my home screen but cannot remember the URL. How do I find it ?

It's worth noting that the developer of a given website has control over whether that website opens with or without the URL bar (and other chrome) when a shortcut is added to a user's homescreen (by adding this meta tag:

<meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes">
). That's why some websites open "normally", with the URL bar and etc, and some open without it.

I know this is kind of an old thread, but I recently had the same issue. I had pinned something to my homescreen and when I click it, there is no safari chrome to get the url from. The only workaround that I found is that if you force touch the icon on newer iPhones, you get the option to share the bookmark. You can then copy the url that way.
