I drop my Ipod and cracked the screen is there anyway I can get this repair

i threw my i pod 4 genartion to my bed then i hit the corner of the bed and hit the ground then i turned it on then their was a big black spot on the screen...... how and where can i get this fixed

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3, there is a big black spot

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $19 for the 64 GB one and $99 for the others. They do not fix yours.
