iCal

Has anyone had an event put into your iCal by a spammer? I don't know who the person is and did not click on anything. It showed up at 3:30 am this morning. It is only showing on my iPhone and my iPad. Does anyone know how to delete this? And what I can do in the future to prevent this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
