I am using a Seagate BlackArmour 400 NAS for my Time Machine back ups and it keeps failing. At first it was just the common issue of having to start a new back up because the old one was corrupted. Now it will not even go beyond 1GB of backing up.

This has been a mjor issue for awhile and its really annoying. "An error occurred while copying files. The problem may be temporary. If the problem persists, use Disk Utility to repair your backup disk." Any suggestions outside of the obvious? Obvious mean updating everything, rebooting, etc.
