bizhub 250

Hello, i have a macbook pro and been on 10.6.8 did a upgrade a year ago and have had bizhub 250 installed on it for few years and use to work fine with no issues.

recently i deleted the driver by mistake and installed from konica website again and able to go all the way until Print

and it shows in que but doesnt print,


my windows machine is working fine


have tried deleting and installing again but still same issue.


any suggestions please advise.

If you downloaded a Postscript driver from Konica web site and the copier does not have the Postscript kit installed, then this will not allow you to print. You should be able to check via the copiers web interface if the Postscript kit is installed.


If it does not have the Postscript kit but does support PCL, you can open Print & Fax and remove the current printer. Then click the plus to add again, enter the correct network details and then select the Generic PCL Laser printer in the Print Using menu.
